Apollo Fire Detectors are a world leading manufacturer in fire detection solutions. In a fiercely competitive market, the Apollo marketing team needed a reliable digital platform to engage better with their global base of partners, specifiers, installers and distributors.
They embarked on a digital transformation to include a new website, a new mobile app and a new master data management system (MDM) to streamline their product profile information, which historically sat in spreadsheet silos.
Having chosen a new MDM solution by the time we joined forces, the brief was to integrate the new system to the website, ensuring visibility of all of the product information and digital assets, such as imagery, literature, drawings, video and audio files. The website itself needed in-built marketing automation and a design refresh to engage better with their target audiences.
After careful review of the market, Apollo chose the Gartner-rated .Net based content management system from Kentico as their website platform. profound then worked with Apollo to delivery the website, a brand update and new guidelines, system integration with the MDM and a mobile app for their installers.
Following the implementation of the new platform, Apollo is now working with profound to expand this solution across key regions. The EMEA team is also engaging with a content marketing campaign to unlock the potential of the platform and reach more ambitious strategic goals through digital solutions.
