Protyre (part of Micheldever Group) operates over 100 car tyre centres across the UK and are a rapidly expanding retail business. In order to ensure the same quality customer experience online as they had in store, their e-commerce presence needed a significant boost. Working with profound, they embarked on a project to improve the customer experience and grow revenues.
profound provided the UX strategy, creative design and full technical build (including integration to CRM, stock and scheduling systems), working to their specific design parameters across desktop and mobile.
We also replatformed the website onto a new cloud platform (Azure) to improve site performance and delivered the technical system integration to stock and scheduling systems that enable the personalised tyre recommendations for site visitors.
