Protyre is an ambitious UK national tyre business with 1,500 staff across 70 branches and is part of the Micheldever Tyre Group. They needed to replicate the fantastic experience customers enjoyed in-store on their website and on mobile devices, whilst increasing conversion rates.
profound moved the Protyre website onto Microsoft’s highly secure Azure cloud platform, whilst making the site “mobile responsive” and faster for users. profound redesigned the user experience and then integrated Protyre’s stock and work scheduling systems to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Users can simply enter their car registration and postcode on the Protyre mobile or desktop website and the system tells the customer exactly which tyres they need for that car, as well as the price and the nearest Protyre branch. It goes on to offer an appointment and you can even schedule an MOT.
